Fortify Practice is an AI-powered dental operations platform that provides:

Analytics and reporting tools

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3.2 Account Information

You agree to:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information

Maintain and update your information

Keep your login credentials secure

Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

3.3 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities under your account and must not share account access.

4. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS AND BILLING

4.1 Plan Selection

We offer multiple subscription tiers:

Fortify Base: $97/month

Fortify Core: $397/month

Fortify Command: $597/month

4.2 Billing Terms

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law

Taxes may apply based on your location

Late payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Plan Changes

Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing

Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle

Feature access changes immediately upon plan modification

4.4 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

5. ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to dental practice management.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You may not:

Violate any laws or regulations

Infringe on intellectual property rights

Upload malicious code or viruses

Attempt to gain unauthorized access

Use the Service for spam or unsolicited communications

Reverse engineer or copy the Service

Resell or redistribute the Service

Free from illegal or harmful material

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Fortify Practice and all related intellectual property are owned by us or our licensors.

You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation.

AI services are provided on a best-effort basis

We do not guarantee accuracy of AI responses

You remain responsible for all communications

AI may be monitored for quality and training

8.2 Call Recording

Calls may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes, subject to applicable laws.

9. THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

9.1 Third-Party Services

We integrate with various third-party services. We are not responsible for their availability or performance.

Your use of integrated services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

10.1 Uptime

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

10.2 Maintenance

We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible.

10.3 Service Modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

11.1 No Warranties

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
